About TeachCE
TeachCE, Inc. was developed to provide a convenient, home study program to help physicians maintain their appointment as a Qualified Medical Evaluator with the Division of Workers' Compensation through quality content continuing education courses and tests. Study and take tests at home, at your convenience. Courses (articles and videos), tests, and certification are all included in our continuing education program for QME credits.
Dana Livingstone-Lopez
is an expert in disability evaluation report writing and claims-related issues of significance to QMEs and primary treating physicians in the California Workers’ Compensation system. She has been certified as an educational provider by the Department of Industrial Relations, Division of Workers’ Compensation, State of California, since 1996. (DWC-Education Provider Number #470). She was the founding partner of Elliott-Lopez Publications,Inc., and principal of Livingstone-Lopez Consulting, LLC.

Sherry German
Sherry German, with over 35 years in the workers' compensation sector, began her career in various orthopedic offices in San Diego. She founded CMRS in 2004, focusing on workers’ compensation reporting for doctors. Despite selling CMRS, she continued consulting in medical-legal reporting. Sherry became a Certified Impairment Rater, and in 2005, began her association with Livingstone Lopez Consulting. She has since been a speaker at numerous seminars across California, specializing in impairment assessment based on the AMA Guides. In 2022, Sherry joined Dana Livingstone Lopez at TeachCE Inc., offering educational services in workers’ compensation for QMEs, Primary Treating Physicians, and their staff.

A provider that has been accredited by the Administrative Director will be given a number which must be displayed on any public advertisements of QME continuing education programs for that provider with the statement “Accredited by the Administrative Director of the California Division of Workers' Compensation for Qualified Medical Evaluator continuing education. Physicians may report up to ____ hours of credit for QME reappointment.”
